Ingredients

  • 320 g carrot, celery, cucumber and bell peppers, cut in sticks
  • 1 avocado, peeled and chooped
  • 80 g creme fraiche or cream cheese,
  • 1 tbs Blenders Horseradish Sauce,
  • 0 juice of lemon
  • 0 cracked black pepper

Method

  1. Mix the avocado, creme fraiche, Blenders Horseradish Sauce, lemon juice and black pepper together.
  2. Serve in a bowl with the vegetables neatly arranged on a separate platter.
  3. Serve as a snack or a pre dinner canape.
