Ingredients

320 g carrot, celery, cucumber and bell peppers, cut in sticks

1 avocado, peeled and chooped

80 g creme fraiche or cream cheese,

1 tbs Blenders Horseradish Sauce,

0 juice of lemon

0 cracked black pepper
Method

Mix the avocado, creme fraiche, Blenders Horseradish Sauce, lemon juice and black pepper together.

Serve in a bowl with the vegetables neatly arranged on a separate platter.
