Ingredients

  • 2 ciabata bread
  • 4 slice(s) goats cheese
  • 8 slice(s) tomato
  • 0 leave(s) rocket
  • 4 tbsp Blenders Salsa Sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 0 cracked black pepper

Method

  1. Slice open the ciabatta giving 4 bases.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and chopped garlic.
  3. Place under a medium grill for 2 minutes without colour.
  4. Spoon the Blenders Medium Salsa Sauce onto each ciabatta, top the rocket, sliced tomato and goats cheese.
  5. Sprinkle with cracked pepper and place under a medium grill until cheese has melted and turned to a golden colour.
  6. Serve with a tossed salad of choice.
