Ingredients
- 2 ciabata bread
- 4 slice(s) goats cheese
- 8 slice(s) tomato
- 0 leave(s) rocket
- 4 tbsp Blenders Salsa Sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 0 cracked black pepper
Method
- Slice open the ciabatta giving 4 bases.
- Drizzle with olive oil and chopped garlic.
- Place under a medium grill for 2 minutes without colour.
- Spoon the Blenders Medium Salsa Sauce onto each ciabatta, top the rocket, sliced tomato and goats cheese.
- Sprinkle with cracked pepper and place under a medium grill until cheese has melted and turned to a golden colour.
- Serve with a tossed salad of choice.
