Ingredients

  • 120 g chorizo sausage, chopped
  • 600 g mixed cooked beans , drained and rinsed
  • 2 green pepper, chopped
  • 8 tbsp Blenders Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 0 seasoning

Method

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add the onion, pepper and garlic and cook for a couple of minutes.
  2. Add the balsamic vinegar, chorizo and beans.
  3. Cook for a further 10 minutes.
  4. Add Blenders Tomato Ketchup, heat through and serve as a snack or as part of a main course.
