Ingredients
- 2 mango , cored,peeled and diced
- 30 ml lime juice
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 red chilli, de-seeded and diced
- 1 clove garlic
- 0 half red onion
- 4 tbsp Blenders Tomato Ketchup,
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 bunch coriander, finely chopped
- 0 cracked black pepper
Method
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Leave to sit for 2 hours before use.
- Serve as as dip with raw vegetables, as a sauce for grilled or barbequed meats and fish or as a snack on ciabatta crostini.
