Ingredients

  • 2 mango , cored,peeled and diced
  • 30 ml lime juice
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 1 red chilli, de-seeded and diced
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 0 half red onion
  • 4 tbsp Blenders Tomato Ketchup,
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 bunch coriander, finely chopped
  • 0 cracked black pepper

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Leave to sit for 2 hours before use.
  3. Serve as as dip with raw vegetables, as a sauce for grilled or barbequed meats and fish or as a snack on ciabatta crostini.
