Buffalo Chicken Wings with Blue Cheese Dressing
Crispy chicken wings drenched in a fiery hot buffalo sauce, paired with a Blue Cheese dip.

Ingredients
1kg chicken wings
100ml Blenders Hot Sauce
25g unsalted butter
100g Blenders Blue Cheese Dressing
Celery stalks
Method
Step 1
Bake the chicken wings in an oven at 170 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and strain off the excess juice.
Step 2
In a pot, gently heat the Hot Sauce and the unsalted butter. Cook batches of the chicken wings in a deep fat fryer at 180 degrees for 3 minutes. Remove from fryer and strain.
Step 3
Put a portion of the wings in a mixing bowl with the Hot Sauce and mix until coated. Place the coated wings in a serving bowl with a ramekin of blue cheese dressing on the side. Garnish with celery sticks and serve.
